Although we are one of the largest online retailers we recognise that many customers like to view their potential purchase before making a decision. For this reason we participate at shows and demonstrate our products working. We also give technical advice to customers to help them make the right purchase. As we exhibit at RHS Shows at Hampton Court and Tatton Park, and also other shows such as Grand Designs, BBC Gardeners World and the Ideal Home Show, this will hopefully demonstrate to you that we are a trustworthy and a reliable company.

OutdoorlivingUK exhibit at the countries largest and most high profile shows. We want your shopping experience to be trouble free and if we are fortunate to receive an order from you, we will do everything possible to supply your product with minimal hassle.


Delivery will be charged at between £0-£40 per each individual item. This is dependant on the size and weight.

Some items are too large to be shipped by normal courier and will be sent via an alternative courier on a pallet, details will be advised once you have placed your order.

Carriage is free of charge for all orders over £50 for orders less than this the carriage is £4.95 depending on size and weight to the UK Mainland.  Higher carriage charges may apply for Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands, you will recieve a phone call to take additional payment where needed.


Our products are supplied both through our own fleet of vehicles and also through strategic partnerships with national couriers. 

We deliver 5 days a week from 0800 - 1800 hours.

We make every effort to get our products to you within 3 - 5 working days. You will be notified within 48 hours if there is to be a delay and will be given the option to cancel your order.  

When the products are delivered on our own vehicle we are able to provide an estimated time of delivery and we will position the water feature wherever you want in your home or in your garden. 

When the products are supplied by a courier a signature will be required.  In the event of you having to leave your premises you may leave an instruction on your order to confirm you are happy for the product to be left in the shed or with a neighbour and they will use this as confirmation to leave the parcel without a signature. 

We are able to track parcels sent by courier through their track and trace internet service so we can give you an estimated date of arrival upon request.

We do not offer a weekend delivery service.

Items can be collected subject to prior notice to ensure staff are available to help you with the transaction.


Although we always endeavour to get your product safely to you, it's very important to check your order immediately for any visible signs of damage. Our phone lines are open form 10am – 5pm these lines can close with short notice due to staff shortages, Order Processing, Audits & Shows. Delivery Schedule

We will make every effort to get our products out to you within 3-5 working days. You will be notified as soon as possible once we hear from our supplier if there is to be a delay and will be given the option to cancel your order. We advise you to provide your mobile number when placing orders so we can provide you with a text alert on the delivery schedule. Same Delivery on certain items is available within a 7mile radius of PE3 8YQ, this is at the discretion of stock availability in our Peterborough warehouse.

Delivery Charges

Carriage is free of charge for all orders over £50 for orders less than £50 the carriage is £4.95. Price variations are subject to area charges & item charges. Higher carriage charges may apply for Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands. Our automated system should calculate this cost prior to competition of checkout, however if this system fails a member of our team will call for further payment. We deliver 5 days a week from 0800 - 1800 hours. Some items are too large to be shipped by normal courier and will be sent via an alternative courier on a pallet, details will be advised once you have placed your order. Pallet deliveries are kerb side only and it is your responsibility thereafter. – We aim to highlight any pallet deliveries within our descriptions however due to stock variations this can sometime be “inaccurate”. The company will not accept any liability for non-delivery or late delivery’s, larger items or large quantities (over 4 items) are delivered on large vehicles such as 7.5t or artics, this includes pallet deliveries. If for any reason you your address cannot accept such vehicles you need to ensure you stipulate this on your order. A failed delivery may result is a delivery cost being applied. In case of a delivery being refused or aborted on more than two occasions we reserve the right to charge for a second delivery. – Items not collected from a collection point (such as a Post office) & returned to us will incur a return postage cost of £25 per item. All goods being supplied which are regarded as large/bulky items are delivered to a kerbside address only, the driver may assist to help move the items into your location but this is at the discretion of the driver at the time of delivery.

Returns or cancellations

You have a right to cancel this contract [contract starts with competition of payment] within 7 days without giving any reason. If you wish to cancel your order you should do so in writing by post or email, however please call to insure we have received your correspondence. – Orders older than 7 days but not yet dispatched may be subjected to restocking / admin fees for items “Ordered” &/or “Dispatched”. – Safe return of goods it’s at buyer’s discretions. A damaged returned item will not be processed as a returned item and thus will not qualify for a refund. – If an item is returned damaged (be it occurring in transit) we will aim to inform you of the damage ASAP however this cannot always be guaranteed. It will be the senders responsibility to reclaim their costs from there courier. We can provide images of returned damage items. Damaged returned can be sent back to the customer if a postage cost is paid. You will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling and other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods All our products are checked and securely packaged before despatch. When you receive your goods if there are any discrepancies, you must notify us by email at within a reasonable time of receiving your order, 5 working days is considered a reasonable time. We will then arrange to replace or compensate for the goods. All orders must be checked on delivery to ensure there is no damage to your purchase. We enforce a strict policy on this as these are the same conditions applied by the couriers upon UutdoorLivingUK (parcelforce, DPD) and unless notification is received immediately, no responsibility will be accepted. For any faulty items we reserve the right to replace any broken parts or if needed a full replacement, if you choose to cancel the order then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us. Items that are “deemed faulty” / Incomplete / damaged that are no longer wanted will be treated as unwanted item and as such terms relating to “unwanted items” will supersede damaged terms. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund / credit note if we cannot achieve our quoted despatch time –This quoted time must be evident in the form of email (if longer than stipulated by standard terms) You have the right to cancel your order up until the time of despatch – items that have been “ordered in” will be subject to a admin fee even if not dispatched. Items dispatched but not yet delivered will also be subject to a returns fee of £25 per item. Once item is deemed delivered (discretion of courier) a 7 day cooling off period is implemented in which time you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. If you decide within the 7 day cooling off period you do not want this item we will refund the goods in full but we will deduct any premium initial delivery cost. You will be liable to return the goods to us, goods must be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition and fit for purpose for resale and they must be returned within 14 days at the very latest. You will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling and other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please check carefully when placing your order as some items have a no refund policy which are subject to specific suppliers we deal with and made to order items. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Price quoted include V.A.T at 20%, and sales taxes (where applicable) Delivery costs are added at checkout. If there has been a pricing error we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel your order.

Payment methods

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta via this website. Payment will only be taken once the order is confirmed and you have accepted our terms. Also the payment you make online will only be processed when the goods are ready for delivery. We also accept PayPal & Amazon checkout – Use of this facility is subject to a 1.9% charge, this charge is calculated from the Total of your orders. (i.e. £95 of goods + £5 postage = £100 total order, = £1.90 charge) PayPal & Amazon checkout are regarded as convenience payment methods and as such we reserve the right to block certain accounts. Product pictures and descriptions are designed to give an accurate view of the style of products. Most of our products come with a minimum 12 month warranty providing they are used in accordance with our instructions, this include protecting them through the winter against freezing temperatures as explained in our instructions. All lights, pumps and transformers are supplied free of charge with our water features, these are therefore not covered by warranty but we are able to sell any replacement parts which may be required. Specific purchase of Pumps / Transformers / LED lights is covered by manufacture warrantee of 3 months.


If you have any complaints please e-mail us at or contact us using the details listed on the contact page of this website. We will aim to acknowledge complaints via email within 24 hours. Postal complaints within 5 working days. When acknowledging complaints we will also advise you what steps we are taking to resolve the issue and the time-scale involved. We will do everything in our power to resolve your complaint immediately and will always keep you advised on the current position. If we deem a complaint “resolved” to the best level available then we do reserve the right so cease further communication regarding the matter.

10 Warranty

10.1 Outdoorlivinguk warrants that the Goods will be of merchantable quality and reasonably fit for purpose for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery and WF2GO will at its option refund the purchase price of or repair or replace free of charge any Goods which its examination confirms are defective provided: Our Customer makes a full inspection of the Goods immediately upon delivery; Our Customer notifies Outdoorlivinguk forthwith of any defects which it discovers within a reasonable time normally 14 days from delivery Our Customer has used the Goods in accordance with any instructions or recommendations of Outdoorlivinguk. The Goods have not been adjusted, altered, adapted or repaired by any party other than Outdoorlivinguk Outdoorlivinguk shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, frost, negligence, lightning, the electrical supply, abnormal working conditions, or the introduction of any water additives or materials not supplied by Outdoorlivinguk IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pumps will only function properly if submerged in water at all times. Failure to have enough water in the sump will damage the pump and you would be liable for the full cost of the replacement item. Also during the winter months if possible it is prudent to cover your water feature or place the product in the Garage to preserve the appearance. During sharp frost it is adviseable not to use the water feature as the water may be frozen and it will damage the pump. We also strongly recommend that the Resin water features are placed in storage during winter months, the reason for this it that if the water is frozen in the water feature during a sharp frost this could cause the water feature to crack. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the supplier/manufacturer feel the products have been mis-used or not handled correctly.

Feedback & social Media

We do take customer feedback very seriously; Feedback for product reviews is subject to revisions / approvals by in-house team. Feedback and comments left on social media platforms can be subject to removal. Constant “damaging” feedback / comments can be construed as slander / an attack towards our company and can be met with legal action. In response to any feedback left we reserve the right to discuss any “individual case” this information can contain content that can reveal the identity of individual users. We will defend our company honestly and openly in social media.

Advertised Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Until dispatch of goods by the seller of goods to the buyer or the buyer's acceptance in writing of any quotation of the seller (whichever shall first occur) no contract for the sale of goods shall arise. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. How long have you been trading?
We have been selling our water features and garden products for over 10 years to Garden Centres and Direct to the public.

Can we collect our order?
We carry our water features in stock in Peterborough, you can collect but we require 24hrs notice, as some orders are sent direcly from our suppliers it is always wise to check first to ensure this is in stock.

When should I expect to receive my order?
If a product is in stock and your order is placed before 1.00pm on a week day, your order will normally be dispatched the next working day for delivery within the next 3-5 working days. We do always try to ship your order the same day or within 24 hours so please provide your mobile number on your order so we can send you a text message on the day and time of your delivery.

Can we Hire some Gazebos ?
Yes, if you have a special event you can hire our pop up gazebos or marquee, these can be collected or we can arrange to deliver and set them up for  you.  Call 01733 688464 for prices and further information.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Our courier will leave a card to let you know they have been. You can then contact the courier to re-arrange the delivery.
Our courier will make two attempts at delivering after which point the consignment is returned to sender. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs it the item is returned to us and we have to arrange a re-despatch.

What should we do with our water feature in the Winter ?
It is a good idea to protect your water feature during the winter months, please refer to our installation sheets for guidance on what to do with your feature in the winter.  For resin water features please drain them completely to avoid any frost damage.

I live close by could I pick up my items?
You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse, but please notify us prior to ensure that you order is ready to be collected.  Please do call us first to check we have this in stock before travelling.

How do I know the payment is secure ?
Your payment is processed through Worldpay, Steamline or Paypal, you can be assured your payment is completely secure.We use one of the safest possible methods of payment by processing your order through paypal or credit card over the phone and we are an ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe) accredited retailer.

Does the Water Feature come with its own sump ?
Yes all our water features come with a sump, pump, cable and instructions. Most of our water features come with LED lights as standard.   The standard cable length of 10mtrs.

What grade is the Stainless Steel on your water features ?
All our stainless steel water features are made from Grade 304 stainless steel, this is the same material used for surgical and marine equipment. This grade has a high nickel content making it resistant to corrosion, even salt sprays.

Can you replace the lights ?

How do I clean and maintain my Stainless Steel Water Feature ?

 - You MUST ensure you regularly check the water levels in your water feature and make sure the pumps are completely submerged in water.
- Periodly make sure the water is cleaned/or changed to ensure a long life span of the water feature and pump.
- If you live in hard water areas or your water feature has become dirty then we recommend you use a stainless steel metal polish on all stainless steel parts, a conventional stainless steel polish that you would use indoors will suffice.
- Our 'Sparkle' water feature cleaner available in 160ml is an excellent product for maintaining the pump and bringing back the shine in the stainless steel. 

Solar Water Features

We want you to get the most from your solar water feature and we want to guide you all the way to ensure you are complete happy witrh your solar fountain.

You will need to refer to the instructions which are available on everyone of our water features.  We have spent years developing our solar range of products and our standard productn has;

Q Can I use the solar feature when I want to ?

A An on off facility so you can use the feature exactly when you want to.

Q Can the solar feature operate bot the lights and the pump ?


Yes the solar panels come with a light adaptor, there is a facility for having the lights to connect to the feature, please note these are sensored to come on at night so do not be afraid if the lights are not on during the day.

Q How long will the pump work for when fully charged ?

A  Our solar pump will typically run for up to 5 hours when the solar batteries are fully       charge

Q Can I leave the solar panel out during the winter ?

A Yes you can but ensure the pump is stored away and therefore it is recommended to put the whole item away for the winter.

Q How long is the cable from the pump to the panel

A This is 5 metres long so you can place the panel in the best location,

Q How can I fix the panel


With the panel you get numerous brackets and spikes so you can fix this onto a shelf or push the panel into the ground.

Q Can I charge the panel up using a mains adaptor

A If you choose SLP103E you can purchase a mains adaptor to charge the panel.

Q Can I replace the batteries

A Yes these take standard replaceable batteries which you can purchase from your local supermarket.
