Of course we recognise that every project needs to have a set budget and from the initial consultation and design concepts, through to construction and final installation, we'll keep everything on time and on budget.

Stage 1: You make your enquiry by phone or email, giving us an initial brief.

Stage 2: We'll evaluate the enquiry and work on some initial design concepts for you, and quote you price for the job.

Stage 3: If you're happy to proceed, we'll do a sketch or CAD drawing of the proposed water sculpture and present it to you.

Stage 4: We'll discuss the plans with you - making any changes if required - and once you're happy, you sign off the design.

Stage 5: You pay an agreed deposit, and we start work on manufacturing your water feature.

Stage 6: Once the water feature is completed, we'll take photos and film a video showing it in full working order.

Stage 7: You can either collect the water feature from us, or we can deliver and/or install it for you, and you make the final payment.
