How long have you been trading?
We have been selling our water features and garden products for over 10 years to Garden Centres and Direct to the public.
Can we collect our order?
We carry our water features in stock in Peterborough, you can collect but we require 24hrs notice, as some orders are sent direcly from our suppliers it is always wise to check first to ensure this is in stock.
When should I expect to receive my order?
If a product is in stock and your order is placed before 1.00pm on a week day, your order will normally be dispatched the next working day for delivery within the next 3-5 working days. We do always try to ship your order the same day or within 24 hours so please provide your mobile number on your order so we can send you a text message on the day and time of your delivery.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Our courier will leave a card to let you know they have been. You can then contact the courier to re-arrange the delivery. Our courier will make two attempts at delivering after which point the consignment is returned to sender. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs it the item is returned to us and we have to arrange a re-despatch.
What should we do with our water feature in the Winter ?
It is a good idea to protect your water feature during the winter months, please refer to our installation sheets for guidance on what to do with your feature in the winter. For resin water features please drain them completely to avoid any frost damage. We have lots of helpful tips for looking after your water feature in our blog.
I live close by could I pick up my items?
You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse, but please notify us prior to ensure that you order is ready to be collected. Please do call us first to check we have this in stock before travelling.
How do I know the payment is secure ?
Your payment is processed through Worldpay, Steamline or Paypal, you can be assured your payment is completely secure.We use one of the safest possible methods of payment by processing your order through paypal or credit card over the phone and we are an ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe) accredited retailer.
Does the Water Feature come with its own sump ?
Yes all our water features come with a sump, pump, cable and instructions. Most of our water features come with LED lights as standard. The standard cable length of 10mtrs.
What grade is the Stainless Steel on your water features ?
All our stainless steel water features are made from Grade 304 stainless steel, this is the same material used for surgical and marine equipment. This grade has a high nickel content making it resistant to corrosion, even salt sprays.
How do I clean and maintain my Stainless Steel Water Feature ?
- You MUST ensure you regularly check the water levels in your water feature and make sure the pumps are completely submerged in water.
- Periodly make sure the water is cleaned/or changed to ensure a long life span of the water feature and pump.
- If you live in hard water areas or your water feature has become dirty then we recommend you use a stainless steel metal polish on all stainless steel parts, a conventional stainless steel polish that you would use indoors will suffice.
- Our 'Sparkle' water feature cleaner available in 160ml is an excellent product for maintaining the pump and bringing back the shine in the stainless steel.
Solar Water Features
We want you to get the most from your solar water feature and we want to guide you all the way to ensure you are complete happy witrh your solar fountain.
You will need to refer to the instructions which are available on everyone of our water features. We have spent years developing our solar range of products and our standard productn has;
Can I use the solar feature when I want to?
Our solar water features have an on/off facility, so you can use the feature exactly when you want to.
Can the solar feature operate bot the lights and the pump?
Yes the solar panels come with a light adaptor, there is a facility for having the lights to connect to the feature, please note these are sensored to come on at night so do not be afraid if the lights are not on during the day.
How long will the pump work for when fully charged?
Our solar pump will typically run for up to 5 hours when the solar batteries are fully charge.
Can I leave the solar panel out during the winter?
Yes you can but ensure the pump is stored away and therefore it is recommended to put the whole item away for the winter.
How long is the cable from the pump to the panel?
This is 5 metres long so you can place the panel in the best location.
How can I fix the panel?
With the panel you get numerous brackets and spikes so you can fix this onto a shelf or push the panel into the ground.
Can I charge the panel up using a mains adaptor?
If you choose SLP103E you can purchase a mains adaptor to charge the panel.
Can I replace the batteries?
Yes, these take standard replaceable batteries which you can purchase from your local supermarket.
